The Open Gaming License is a copyleft-with-exclusions license (think GNU FDL) that predates CC. It's basically for Dungeons & Dragons, and a new edition of D&D is out soon. Hasbro, D&D's owners, are revising the license for this:

I can't find a public draft or review process for the license. It will be a shame if Hasbro make the OGL more restrictive than it already is.
