MySpace plans to announce the formation of a business incubator called SlingShot Labs to spawn Internet startups for parent News Corp.'s Web properties, which now include WSJ.com. Chief Rupert Murdoch and MySpace CEO Chris DeWolfe plan to be closely involved.
